What do you mean by unlimited?
By unlimited we mean unlimited. We will do as many videos as you want for a month. We will only be working on one video at a time to ensure delivering the best quality possible and you can queue up all your other videos so they are ready to go!
How many revisions are included?
We offer unlimited revisions for your videos! We will work on your video until you're fully satisfied with the outcome!
What are your working hours?
We work on weekdays from 9a.m to 5p.m E.T
Workflow Questions
You will get a welcome email from our team with a link to a form to fill out with all the information needed for your creative team to understand your needs and style. Once you've filled it out and attached your footage and assets, we will be taking over and getting you back a fully edited video!
We will also be setting up a direct line of communication between you, your project manager and your video editor that you'll be working closely with to come up with the best video result!
Can i have multiple videos worked on at once?
Absolutely! If you’d like multiple videos worked on at once, then you can simply create multiple accounts that come with a 15% recurring discount when you purchase the basic package!
What is the benefit of having a monthly plan?
If you're a content creator or a business then you know how important being consistent is. Once you sign up with us you can expect a consistent output of videos being edited. Hand over your heavy workload and ease the pressure.
Some of our clients get 12 videos out per month – which works out at just $91.66 per video.
What is the communication process like?
Once you sign up with us you will get a welcome email from our team which will walk you through the onboarding process. We work with Jira, a video project management software to stay organized and keep you up to date with your video's progress! On top of that we will set up a direct line of communication between you, your editor and your project manager that you will closely work with to ensure delivering the best result!
